Read the Tour Description Carefully
Before booking, please take the time to review the complete tour description. This includes detailed information about the package, inclusions, exclusions, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Understanding these details ensures a smooth booking and travel experience.
Fill Out the Booking Form
After selecting your package, fill in the provided booking form:
- The listed price represents the cost per person (pax).
- For Private Trip Local (Max 5 pax): The price is for a group of up to 5 local participants.
- For Private Trip Foreign (Max 2 pax): The price covers a group of up to 5 participants, but the package only includes entrance tickets for 2 foreign participants. Additional participants (3rd to 5th) will incur extra entrance fees, and additional charges may apply for meals and accommodations if included in the package.
- For Visitor on Group Packages: If the option specifies “3 persons,” the booking form must indicate “3 participants.” Ensure the number of participants matches the package description.
Proceed to Booking Confirmation
After submitting your booking form, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation Page. Here, you can review your details and select your preferred payment option.
Payment Options
A. Bank Transfer
- If you select “Bank Transfer,” you’ll be redirected to a payment page with your order details.
- Transfer the total amount as shown, including the unique order code. For example, if your order number is 133 and the amount is IDR 100,000, transfer IDR 100,133. This unique code helps us validate your payment quickly.
- Send your payment proof to the DMB Indonesia Tour Admin for verification.
B. Payment Gateway
- If you select an alternative payment option, you’ll be redirected to our Payment Gateway Page.
- Follow the instructions on the page to complete your payment.
- Payments made via the payment gateway are automatically verified.
Receive Your Payment Invoice
Once your payment is validated, our admin will send your Payment Invoice via the provided WhatsApp number and email. Please ensure the contact details you provide are accurate and active.
Final Confirmation and Pre-Tour Coordination
A few hours before your scheduled tour (or pick-up time), our field crew will contact you for a final confirmation. This ensures that everything is in place for your journey.
